Do you feel alone at Christmas ?

This christmas will be my 10th one alone. I've been single over 5 yrs now but the 5 before that I was either living away from my romantic partner of the time or simply had to work. I see people in couples deeply in love and I bet they would not understand what it's like to see that from the outside as they're bond supresses and masks any feelings of doubt or curiousity about others.

Saving grace (nothing related to religion) is I get to have my 5 y/o daughter for Christmas this year. It'll just be us.
