There is no such thing as "destination".
I think shyness is perhaps the most important reason why people are alone, even though they seek companionship.
Not sure if that's true in your case though.

I don't believe that someone is predestined not to find love; it's all a matter of timing.

I'm of the opinion that companionship/relationship is like food. You will not die hungry because you'll stand, go to the grocery store and get some food to cook if you'll not go to a restaurant or fast food. Wherever you go determines the quality of food you eat. Same. You'll not be alone. But who you be with is determined by where you go to find them.

for me i dont think anyone was destined to be single or not ... majorly depends on your view in relationships/dating , interactions with potential partners and probably past experiences
