I'm feeling a little lonely

I haven't felt this way in a good amount of time, which is good. But this is more of a 'thinking about sex in a way porn can't help with' sort of loneliness than my normal kind (where I think everyone hates me and I'm completely alone in the world). There's nothing I can really do about this unless a woman wants to admit something romantic about me or send nudes or something 😆 (obviously that isn't happening, nor do I expect it to). But I'll be ok.

Sorry you’re feeling this way today. I’m sure knowing it will pass is no reassurance.

Maybe distract yourself with a decent playlist and or cook yourself a meal that feels like a treat.

Failing that, remind yourself that’s there is quite probably someone you were never aware of who wishes they’d woken up with you this morning.

I was so self conscious as a teen and in my early twenties that I was oblivious to women showing interest in me. It’s only now in retrospect that I realise actually people were interested and I didn’t act on it. It could be the same for you.

@AdmiralPrune I don't know if it's considered being self-conscious at this point as much as just not being interested any more. They tend to make it pretty clear that they aren't interested any time I do anything close to acting on it anyway.
