I'm considering going to my first Sex Addicts Anonymous meeting but I don't know what to expect

My best friend is a sex addict. He's doing better now but there was a time where i feel like i was throwing holy water on him. I showed him in my phone where i had him saved under the name Seven. He asked me why, why do you call me 7? I said because by the end of the year you will have seven kids.To date he has 9.
