Been better,been worse.Grateful for the gift of life to be honest appreciating what i do have and not what i don't,how are you feeling?

I feel lost, confused. I feel like I don't belong here anymore, and people are so fake so it's hard to find a genuine connection with someone as everyone seems to be so insular and not open to communication.
