New cute guy moved in

He may be a bit older than me. Moved in recently in my complex but he lives behind my place. Today he was walking and smiled at me as I drove by. 😊I smiled too despite being VERYY shy. I don't know how I would ever chat with him though..I'm never near that side.

My advice to break the ice and make a knock out impression, would be to make a nice little welcome basket with treats and goodies. Trust me. He will never forget that! 😊🤗🌺
