You have the right to your feelings.. you don't have to explain or justify anything to anyone. 🤗

@Onestarlitnight I know, I don't really care what most people think of me but if they say it to my face when it's not even true I get annoyed and I hate to seem emotional in front of them hahaha

I say you do you. I reached a point where I just don't care or take responsibility for other people's neurosis. If someone's petty I don't associate, I laugh, or I tell them.
Good thing is they either respect that or they leave. I know you can't always do that but generally speaking I find being true to yourself to be worth it.

@Ryannnnnn I admire that. I'm still at that stage that I prefer to hide my feelings and thoughts at times. But it's definitely worth it to be free from this I guess.
It’s not the greatest feeling. I’m sorry you get stuck in that mess. It’s why I have no friends rn.

@BrokenAbyss I feel you, I have friends because sometimes I make compromises like these easily but at least I can tell if they're worth it I guess.
@HannibalAteMeOut You are right. People do have good hearts and still get caught in their feelings ❤️
It sucks when you can't be yourself because of someone else's pettiness.

Nosy people can be annoying.

@HannibalAteMeOut There are better things to do in life I don't understand those people.

@HannibalAteMeOut A helpful tool that broke me out of it when I realized I was like that, was knowing that I could backtrack the conversation and change the lie to the truth. Like when you lie about a small thing, for example on the scale of what you ate that day, if you catch yourself lying you say "Wait a minute, I actually ate *insert truth of what you ate here*". It kinda reprograms you.
HannibalAteMeOut · 22-25, F
@MartinTheFirst that's interesting, if it happens to me like that I might use it

@HannibalAteMeOut Well I'll let you to it then *tips hat*

Oi vey ...most people are exhausting
SW-User
Ah yes, pretending to give a shit because people want you to give a shit. It's a bit like having to engage in an argument about something that you don't care about, just because the other person is determined to argue.
HannibalAteMeOut · 22-25, F
@SW-User hahaha the argument thing, I like seeing them argue with themselves while they create a hypothetical argument that I would make, which I wouldn't.
