Imagine if finding a good relationship was as easy as shopping for a dress

Not that I find shopping enjoyable, but I like the idea of browsing the aisles to find the one that fits me perfectly. I suppose that’s called “online dating” in the real world. 🥴 No thanks.

I tried online dating... It never went past the chats. Half of it was my fault, half was theirs.

Same for me. I grew tired of the games people play, and never went on a date. I deleted, and never went back. @SW-User

You can get a refund on the dress!!
Just sayin 🤷‍♀️

The problem with shopping, as well as relationships, is that you really don’t know what you have until you buy it.

True, but at least you can try a dress (or anything) on at the store to see if it’s a good fit for you, and you can take it back, if you find a defect. I’m waiting for those love bots to come on the market. 😉 @SageWanderer

@Carissimi I see, at least with shopping you can make a return. Depending on how deep you are in the relationship it’s more difficult. And a love bot would be welcome in my life at this point.

I know it. I may be half joking about the love bot, but I’m also half serious. If there were such a “man” with the qualities I desire...and I could afford it...I think I’d buy one. @SageWanderer

Sure, if you want a dress that doesn't look the same as the pic lol

Have you tried online dating? Was the person and the picture so different? Just curious. @KuroNeko

@Carissimi no lol I have heard so many horror stories from friends who have, it put me off.

Good advice. @KuroNeko
