The Discount Store On Monday Was Productive, I Didn’t Buy A Lot But What I Bought Was Good…

It was $2 day, got 3 cases of lime seltzer water for $6 total (they sell for $13 each on Amazon) , a 2-pack of chenille bath rugs that sell for $10-13 for each rug at Target, a 3-pack of Bio-Oil products that sell for about $30 or so, a bottle of glutathione supplements, and a nice dress shirt for the boy for $3 (he really liked it and it fit well). The lime seltzers are excellent with True Lime cherry water packets, tastes like a cherry soft drink with that fizz. I should have bought some more of them.

Think I’ll go more often on $2 day. Even if I don’t find much to haul home it’s next to a good Thai restaurant that has some great lunch specials and I can get lunch to take to the car lot for everyone.

Our prices are weird. Beer prices are going down. Juices are going down. Eggs somewhat wen down but some raised up prices I've noticed. I usually always remember previous prices.

@FreestyleArt Eggs are going down here. Last ones we got were from a friend’s neighbor so local eggs. I don’t know how much he paid for them. The eggs at Walmart were $3.47 a dozen on Monday.

Theres a store here that sells 6 pack Fiji Water for $3.00 they are $6 at Walmart so i will go there just for water and plant supplies for my roses.

@4meAndyou There was something else I got and can’t remember what it was. I told the boy we were only going to buy useful things this time, nothing decorative etc. I saved a lot on everything. It’s hit or miss sometimes depending on what they’ve been stocking. Also there as a storm that came through early Sunday afternoon so shoppers left early without buying much and I think that made a difference.
