Go to the online order. And request refund

Print label

Put item in box and affix label to box

Take to post office

I think I received full refund on my returns or pretty close

@Jenny1234 in the US you can’t take it to the post office. I tried that but they told me I have to go to the UPS store or drop off which can be anywhere like CVS.
