Is there anything that you won't settle for second best when it comes to buying a product?

For example, I won't buy cheap hand or electric tools. I also won't buy cheap clothes! My wife can't buy cheaper makeup, I guess it irritates her skin and cheap earrings will infect her ears. What are some things that you won't settle on second best?

Mattress. I will spend $$$ for good sleeps

@SW-User Oh, that's a good one! Beauty and brains! I've slept on cheap mattresses most of my life, really didn't think about the difference but when I met my wife, she had a double bed and her dad bought her a very expensive pillow type mattress. I could not believe the difference in the quality of sleep! I used to wake up every morning sore and just figured it was from working but it was from sleeping on a cheap piece of shit mattress! I just can't believe how expensive they are. I'd like to try your's out some time, just to see if I can tell the difference. Very good answer to this question!
