Went to the Chemist for a purchase

Asked the guy behind the counter
"small tube of tinea cream please"
"I have never heard of that"
"Cream for Athletes Foot"
"I have heard of Athletes Foot but I do not know what you are asking for"
Then another worker came along
"I know what you want, come with me"
She got what I wanted and I proceeded to the front counter for payment.
"Here it is, Tinea Cream. You learnt something new today"
