I don't buy expensive clothes...never would
zonavar68 · 56-60, M
@SW-User I never buy fancy brand clothes and prefer to buy stuff that makes me feel happy to suit my style (whatever that is). I own more work boots that casual footwear because I keep old sets of workboots to use around the house when doing stuff in the yard, mowing, working on my vehicles, etc. Closest thing I get to 'formal' footwear is elastic sided leather boots used outdoors but I polish them up for going out. To me 'going out' clothes are nice country-type clothes (shirts, shorts/pants). I've never owned or worn a suit or similar.

@zonavar68 i like clothes that look nice but why spend a lot of money on that? I'd rather spend it on something practical, or just save it altogether.

@SW-User I get it, I probably would’ve thought the same about 10 years ago. But some expensive clothes are expensive for a reason. I have some expensive clothes/shoes where either the quality or the design is unmatched or they make it fit to you personally

@kimmy159 I think I follow my parents lol, they loved cheap clothes and good deals too. There's many fashion websites that sell beautiful clothes for cheap prices and that's where I shop. I can get ten items for less than £100, and plenty of it actually lasts.

@SW-User Lol don’t get me wrong, most of my attire is the best deal and cheapest ones too 😂 there’s a big contrast with those few expensive items (which I usually buy on sale too) ;p just one exception now with an expensive dress I’m buying but mom is paying half of it cause she adores it too ;p
