When should a young woman not wear a miniskirt?
I admit I like minis, most of what I have in my wardrobe are minis, mini skirts and mini dresses. I like minis, I like colourful minimalistic design.

Given some of the horrors I've seen, I'd say every woman should be able to wear em. They're lovely most of the time and fun. Just like everyone should be able to drive a white van without looking like a creep.White vans are quite spacious.
Everyone should also be able to be able to eat their cerial however the hell they want, milk or cerial first.
