I wouldn't agree this is the best way, but it does apply sometimes. Not every thing is about having the power, but experiencing it truly and resolving it. Sometimes there is no resolution though.

@ScreamingFox well said Fox. It’s not about having the “power” over others but just having the self strength.. that’s my take on it at least
