As the saying goes hurt people hurt others

It's absolutely true and I am sorry for any of the hurt I've ever caused as I know my hurt clouded my judgement and I know I've caused hurt and for that I am genuinely sorry. I was blind to myself and now I can see more clearly and I hope to never hurt someone again in my blindness

it's totally unreasonable to be expected to be kind and thoughtful to everyone all the time. we're bombarded with abuse daily and at some point our judgement is going to fail (all be it temporarily). don't be so hard on yourself. stop regretting your past and look ahead. be a little better than yesterday, that's all we can do.
