I'm proud of myself
I've been consistently working out a lot now... and i honestly kinda enjoy it but I've been sticking to pretty short sessions.
But i have awhile to get into the shape i want to, so hopefully it'll be fine, and I've been working out every day since starting (only like 4 days lol)
I follow a program on an app that targets specific areas as well as doing a little extra on my own
But i need to have a real schedule so i can stick to it and give me days off cause i assume I'm supposed to do that...
Anyway yeah kinda pointless update but i NEED to keep going. I've always quit before but this is the time i don't
