could u be in a relationship if there was no intimacy?

@SW-User I agree with this but like Jupiter said there are exceptions when something temporarily prevents it, like long distance. I haven't seen my girlfriend in over a year because of traveling restrictions but I don't understand people who call themselves a couple but don't have sex, like you said, why not just call it friendship?

@reflectingmonkey intimacy can take place online as well, doesn't need to be physically if there's the connection and spark

But as I said... For me, personally respecting other people point of views, a relationship like that with no desire no sex, it's a friendship.

@SW-User yes, but the same as two people can have sex or can make love, I find video chat sex is more like having sex, its not like making love. me and my girlfriend really miss each other and we miss all the preliminary stuff, holding hands, kissing, so just getting naked and doing kinky stuff seem shallow right now, not that these things are shallow in themselves, just that in the context of missing each other it seems shallow. she did have a female friend over at her place a few months ago and things got pretty interesting 😂🤣

Because people get old and so do relationships. Some people choose to stay in them when tneyre over. @reflectingmonkey
