whats your weirdness?

@Nobody00 The older I get and the more I stay away from certain processed foods the worse it is if I have any of them later. I don’t buy Velveeta or American cheese slices, anything butter-flavored like margarine or snacks, canned soups, most frozen process meals or entrees or Cool Whip....whatever they are putting in that stuff don’t agree with my liver and gall bladder. Got the boy away from the processed cheese slices and he had them over at his aunts and told me that he doesn’t like it any more.

@cherokeepatti i hate that stuff too I once bought cool whip cause the recipe called for only that , that was first and last time. It just tasted literally synthetic . So now I only use whipped cream . Same things with processed foods the only canned stuff i buy is tomato paste or sauce. Its terrible what they do to our food POISON

@Nobody00 well we had real whipped cream on the farm because we had a Jersey cow for our own milk and the milk is rich with cream. But when we left the farm my aunt would buy Cool Whip and many other processed foods that were becoming popular so I would eat it like everyone else did. After I retired I started cooking more homemade food and couldn’t stand it, tastes so fake now to me. Most of the cream that is sold in the stores has carrageenan in it and I try my best to avoid that, it has been linked to tumors. I am careful about the half & half I use in my coffee too.
