If you could go back and talk to your 14 or 15 year old self for 12 hours, what would you say?

I won't need 12 hours, just 12 minutes. I would give her a list of who and what to avoid, what not to allow and hug 14 year old me tightly then look her in the eyes and tell her to be true to herself, be her own hero and that everything will be alright.
