Staying awake.My mind is too busy for some reason.

Same here. Everyone in the house is asleep but me. I'm trying to quite my mind but it's not working. This week has been a struggle and I keep thinking of what I did wrong, should of done and what I need to do

@Cigarguy101 My mind is all different directions. I’m usually asleep by this time. I thought I would find another movie but I can’t find anything I want to see. Took melatonin hours ago.

@tobynshorty I took my new sleeping pill, my anxiety meds and a few shots of vodka and I still can't sleep. I'm about to give up and go clean the kitchen
