Same here. Everyone in the house is asleep but me. I'm trying to quite my mind but it's not working. This week has been a struggle and I keep thinking of what I did wrong, should of done and what I need to do

@tobynshorty I took my new sleeping pill, my anxiety meds and a few shots of vodka and I still can't sleep. I'm about to give up and go clean the kitchen

I hope that all of you guys were able to count some sheep i know how tough that can be. Ive stayed up about 30 hours straight for work before i was like a zombie running on fumes its not fun at all.
