I feel like I’m falling into hell all the time. It’s terrifying. Has anybody else had this?

I didn’t fall into hell but did go through a very dark time because of the pain I was in, i isolated myself and shut everyone out, I had no motivation, I felt stuck and was in a lot of grief, it was the beginning of the real healing I had to do, I didn’t really know what was happening at the time, it was very dark, looking back it was the old version of me dying inside, I had to go through it to heal all my wounds and pain.
