Note to self...

I’ve done that. I went up to my car which was in a massive puddle in the middle of a car park during heavy rain. Soaked my feet. As I got up to the car and pressed the unlock button, another car chirped which was parked in a dry part at the edge. I’d gone up to someone else’s car (exactly like mine) and soaked my feet for nothing.

I bought my wife a white Chevy Equinox. There were sure to be at least 6 of them in any given parking lot. The situation was solved when she got new plates. The First three letters were: DZY.

The Dizzy gal no longer had trouble identifying her car. 🥴

I once got into someone else's car in the parking lot at work. I was shocked at the clutter and dirt...and then realized it wasn't my car at all! 🤣🤣🤣

Yup. Done that. Have read that in past days, some cars had keys that fit other cars due to only so many permutations.
