You weren't too loud, you were happy and exicited and relaxed...you like to wear your emotions and share them. That's you.
You didn't say anything weird, it's not your fault they laughed, you were being vulnerable and that makes some people feel uncomfortable. Being vulnerable with others is brave.
You didn't do anything wrong, you trusted them to know what they were doing. It's not your fault they let you down.
