Waking up at nearly 3am and not being able to fall back asleep… freaking sucks 😪

Happens to me, about half the time I can fall back to sleep, but other half I just get up ! It is frustrating.

Yes all the time. The old house I live in I fear could be haunted as around 3am most mornings I hear footsteps on the stairs.

Happens to me at 12 12:30 am a lot. 3 am is my wake up time. Have to be at work at 4 am.
