I used to get a few calls of that nature every year but then I registered with my phone company and they automatically block them :)

@Nimbus These scammers use other people’s phone numbers (spoofing) usually local ones, when they call. So the numbers are never the same. Sometimes the cell phone company stops the call before I can answer.

@MarineBob If I could I’d get Boo-Boo to engage with them.

@nedkelly I said something rather nasty one time and then remembered the boy was in the house and apologized to him and he said it was no big deal, he had heard worse at school.
