Lonely in a crowd
I’m surrounded by people a lot of the time but I have never felt so alone. They see me but have no idea where my head is at.

At least you have the awareness to recognize that . It took me years to recognize that .
When you feel that way what happens is that your mind starts attacking you , putting in false lies that everyone is having a great time accept you ( but that's not the case )
You end up then turning everything in on yourself which then leads to self pity and that then creates resentments .
That's my experience of it
