I had that after I gave up the drink with a woman I was with . I missed her terrible at the start .
It took me a year and half to get any bit right .
I can't give you advise on that cause all I know about is the pain from break ups .
I'm sober 20 years and through my drinking with relationships that I had I must say the sober break up was the worst pain I ever went through in all my life .
I had a friend and he was with a woman and they broke up and he went off his game completely after the break up . He was in his 30's and he went back drinking in the fields with people at ages 20 cause he told me he went off his game over the break up .

I've not had the touch of a woman beyond really basic hugs for so long that it might as well have never happened at all. You'll adjust to it eventually.
