Woke up miserable

Does anyone wake up and are just sad and miserable from the get go? I genuinely feel so sad this morning I could weep 😪

Once in a while I will wake and remember some significant event that makes me cry. But as time marches on those events are receding and the occasions when I wake up weeping have become progressively rarer.
