So today I finally gave in were doing a Thursday morning date I hope he doesn't smoke too much I know he smokes but I can't stand the smell😳

It'll be good, if either of you feels you've acted unnaturally during the date (I've done it and wondered why did I do that?) Just ask for another chance and say I felt I was a bit weird, daft, unnatural or whatever word, tonight. To my shame I've binned people after one date when I could see they were just nervous, acting funny etc.
