I keep having the same nightmare-.-

Basically, I'm running away from someone who's chasing me, and just as they catch up and grab me I wake up before I see who it is 🥹

It will pass, I used to have a recurring nightmare when I was a kid, I was slowly chased around town at night by some guy with a big pumpkin as a head, when I got home I went to the upstairs washroom, and heard it coming and woke up just before the door opened.

Next time it happens, take your pepper spray out and give that person a whiff. If you change the way it happens, you may be lucky and see that person's face.

you may have a mental block about something. like some kind of emotional trauma you arent remembering enough to process it. like a repressed memory.
