Dispose of things you don't need. No sense moving detritus.

And just worry about one box at a time.

@Cassieeee as you start packing a box. Ask yourself if it has sentimental value

Or if you have used it lately. Or will use it

When in doubt pack it. You can dispose of it later when you unpack
