Such an overachiever

I decided to start fasting (cause like, I do it daily anyways so why not track it and call it a diet lol), and I thiiiiink almost 21hrs might be overdoing it..

I also downloaded this home workout app that my man is using, and at 11pm I suddenly got the urge to work out, so I did lower body and abs, and oh lord..

I was triggered after I went to my moms house to get some bags of clothes, and found my jeans from I was like 22, and my mom looked at them like "no wonder I was so worried about you, that's way too skinny".. But my brain was like "okei, goals" 馃ゲ

Cassie I am not sure that fasting is a good idea for you. Have you talked to your therapist about it?

@SW-User any type of diet when you have an eating disorder isn鈥檛 good though. I am worried about you.

Anxious, depressed being hungry is going to make those emotions even worse.
