A letter to the little one

Here it goes..... greetings and welcome to the world. During my college days I learnt of a poet who knelt and prayed for her sleeping daughter on a stormy night when he saw the fear the future holds for her. The age of innocence is when angels comforts your tears and when God whispers in strange language.
I hope you enjoy the warm of home to your hearts content for it would not be long before you go on your own. My heart beats with excitement when I see the adventures ahead of you and also share my sorrow knowing how cruel the world is. Yet the pain and sorrow of the world will turn to joy when we make it through this journey. May this be your light on your darkest days... there's a narrow way full of adventure that leads us home to our eternal abode where joy have no bounds and our maker the architect of life and meaning awaits. As I write this , I'm also going through my darkest days but I know my suffering has it's wages in heaven. I wait to hear of your adventures..
