I had a fitbit for a short while. It didn't make me any more active, just made me more conscious of how much I [i]didn't[/i] do already so I sold it 😅

A guy at work has an apple watch, I see him get a message on it, read it, then get his phone out to reply so I don't see the use!

I've tried wearing watches in the past and have for short stints. Never could get used to them attached to me.

They do not do anything that a regular phone cannot. What is the point of wasting money on them?

Besides that, they are kind of ugly. Seems to me that watches should be more for looks than anything.

No way. I have an old school gold Swiss watch. It keeps perfect time. I've worn it every day since I got it as a gift at high school graduation.

I don't have one and never think about it. I am wearing a watch I inherited from a beloved family member; that has some meaning to it.

Probably most of us. I've always held the view that smart watches are for well-adapted people who don't have time to consider how useless it is.

I do not have one. I have a relatively inexpensive analog watch. The battery can last up to 2 years before it needs to be replaced.

I have a couple of old wind-up watches too, but they do not keep good time anymore.
