I was asked to update you guys on how things went

She's mine now 😌 I asked her after the concert & she said yes. But I was nervous AF so I dropped a few hints before I asked just to guage her response. She would blush so hard she wouldn't even look at me 😅 but from the side I could see the smile she couldn't hide. So when I finally asked officially, she got all cheesy for a sec but she said yes 🥹

I don't mean to compare things but I can't help but notice how little affection or attention I've gotten for years since I get it now without asking. The first time she told me she loved me, she said not too long after "you deserve to be loved" & idk why but that part forced tears outta my eyes. That's the second time tears have come out in front of her & I tried to hide it but when she saw it she just told me "idk who made you feel like you don't deserve to be loved.. but you really do" & that made it worse 😭 it made me realize, if someone giving me real affection makes me emotional... Maybe it says a lot about how much I've been needing it. The "I love you" didn't make me cry. It was the "you deserve it" part 🥺 I didn't know I'd be affected like that.

Anyway, blurred photo because I don't wanna put her face out there like that but I think it was cute & I'm proud of my lady 😌 in my last relationship we never took pictures together because she never wanted to. So it feels cute to have some of these already.


I know I'm being soft though STFU 😂
