Naya woke up at 6am when I got home & she won't let me leave her side 🥹
She refuses to take her usual nap & she starts crying if I walk away for even 2 minutes. Makes me feel happy but sad like she's afraid I'm gonna leave again.
She's walking around now & her hair is so long. She looks even more like me now too & her dimples stand out more. Apparently she's off of formula & she's drinking almond or soy milk now.
It really sucks to feel like I missed so much. I only got to hear her voice 3 times while I was locked up. She would even wave at me through the phone when she heard my voice even though we couldn't see each other. She loves waving at people now.
It may not have been long but it was long for her in her time, that's for sure. I turned 28 while I was away but she turned 1. She may not remember that but I'll never forget it. That was the hardest part in my opinion
