Today I have consumed just over 1,000 calories

Consisting of 4 x meal replacement shakes and 1 x meal replacement bar.

I will consume a further 16 calories in water. Not feeling hungry at all so it's so far so good. Day 1 of 14 😌

@itsok It's no added sugar flavoured water as opposed to water water. There are 16 calories in 2 litres of it.
