My rant for the day

I am sick again. I’m sure it has to do with moving and changing weather. I finally decided to get back in bed. I am sitting up with lots of cover and a giant up of coffee.

Hope all of you are well and enjoying the new year. I am determined to make my year better. There are so many people that I would like to say hello to so if your reading then you know I am thinking about you.. Please take care. Sure you soon.

Sometimes, when a virus is doing its best to invade, the very best thing you can do is rest and sleep. Your body has all the tools it needs to throw off the illness, but if you are depleted from moving...well...rest up! Drink BETTER fluids than coffee. Drink orange juice.
