What helps me most is connecting to the ancient and eternal [the spiritual] that really helps me usually. Also delving into a book, I鈥檝e downloaded all my kindle books and Netflix too. Having a bath or shower with lush products, I bought two bath bombs, and doing journal prompts helps me greatly, probably the most!

Depends on what is making it bad. Sometimes just getting up and moving helps. Other times it鈥檚 passing out in a junk food coma.
