What helps me most is connecting to the ancient and eternal [the spiritual] that really helps me usually. Also delving into a book, I’ve downloaded all my kindle books and Netflix too. Having a bath or shower with lush products, I bought two bath bombs, and doing journal prompts helps me greatly, probably the most!
