Does anyone here journal?

What do you journal about and how has it benefited you? I'm gonna start today. I will report my findings in a month.

I tried it and have no idea when the last entry was. Spring or summer last year? 🤔
I just see no point in it. I know what's in my head, writing it down won't make it any different. Honestly, venting on SW and having input from other people have always been much more helpful than personal journaling.
