Me pretending to know wine at a restaurant 🍷

I don't really drink wine anymore but when, I did I didn't know much.
I think, I was told it's red with red meat and white with fish or chicken.
Been so many years ago I can't remember

I know someone who wanted to show her date that she was "sophisticated", so when the waiter asked her what she wanted as a before-dinner drink, she asked for a glass of chateaubriand.
