It is your workplace. You do indeed, know the answer.
It was never okay to make "moves" at work.
There is nothing worse than going to work, to you know, work, knowing some guy will be there, a co worker, and he is going to make me feel uncomfortable. The glances, the remarks, the invitations. It's seldom appreciated and most often a drag.
Doesn't the "c" that follows your handle mean you are a couple?

I think you need to trust them to let you know what they want, in no uncertain terms. We aren't living in the days when "good girls" waited for the man to make the first move.
Outside work, it's a little different. If you're in a bar, for example, you can offer to buy a woman a drink (or vice versa) and she can turn you down if she's not interested. On a dating site, obviously it's expected. But dating co-workers is already pretty risky--for her as well as for you. So my advice is play it cool and trust that they'll say something if there's anything to be said.

@Patriot96 Like I said, they will tell you if there's anything to tell. But I don't mean anything like "It was obvious what she wanted," or "I could tell."
Don't assume they're interested unless they ask you out for a date. It's the difference between "Obvious" and "explicit."
"Obvious" means "anyone could see it," but sometimes that's just a story that we tell ourselves. "Explicit" means "She actually said it in so many words."

@Patriot96 You know, since you have a coworker that you're involved with, my best advice is to ask her what you should do. If you're poly then she probably won't mind, and she may know the women that you're thinking of.
The only other advice I'll give you is, don't assume that no one knows about your relationship with this woman. Workplace relationships are hardly ever truly secret.
I mention this because if you start dating another woman from work, then that could get messy. Even if everyone involved is OK with it, most of your co-workers won't be. And it doesn't matter that it's "none of their business." They won't ignore what they know.

This is a workplace not Tinder, Romeo.
You know the answer? Playing at work can be quite the headache....
