Need to vent....

As an RN working in orthopedics, I am constantly amazed at the number of morbidly obese people coming to the office complaining of knee pain, ankle pain, lower back pain and hip pain!!!!...and they have no idea why!! OMG, I feel like telling these people to try losing 100 pounds and they may feel the improvement. When someone 5'1'' weighs 280 pounds or more, don't you think they would have an idea they may be slightly overweight and stressing their joints??????????????????? STUPID people!!!!!!!!!! Disgusting too!!!!

Sounds like someone that has never had a weight issue in their life. What exactly are they suppose to do about it? Lose weight? Do you have have any clue as to how impossible that is for most people? Unless you are offering some kind of revolutionary weight loss solution you have no idea what tf you are talking about.

@Renaci Cut carbs. Cut sugar entirely. Eat 6oz of protein at at least two meals. Eat vegetables. Start an exercise routine, even if it just involves walking. Do it every day.

If you’re obese, you’ll drop 20lbs the first month. If you’re just overweight, you’ll lose at least 10. And, it’s an easy diet to continue.
