Why do people not move when I say excuse me

You got to get there attention. Sometimes they dont hear you, sometimes theyre purposely being ignorant. If they dont hear me i raise my voice but still try to sound polite about it. If they are being ignorant than i might stomp up to them making it obvious im coming by. Then say something like HEY! I NEED TO GO HERE. THANKS. Then ignore them as i do what i need and leave. Most square people will just stare at you like a deer in headlights and not do anything about it. It helps to be big and tall.
