Liverpool is a horrible place

@Ryannnnnn You have my undying sympathy. I had the misfortune to be sent there as part of my work and from the moment I stepped into my first (and last) taxi, I found the people surly and insulting. Not to mention offensive.

@OnlyRhonda What did they say to you?. Sorry to hear, you had like a 1% probability experience then because everyones super friendly wherever I go and I've been here a long time. Was this in the city or outskirts?.

@Ryannnnnn City centre; and Southerners such as myself apparently are unwelcome. That's fine by me, because I'll never return and I'll pass on the message to everybody else. Bypass Liverpool, and let it welter in its mire of unpleasantness.

@OnlyRhonda Huh? we have lots of southerners here, it's a big student city so you get people from everywhere really. I wouldn't generalise based off of one experience. Sorry you had such a crap time though, will say its deffo an isolated incident.

Are you sure you weren't just projecting a narrative? It's everywhere you go really, there's always prejudice in a few idiots. I lived south near London for a few years and I had people make jokes that I was a thief because I had a slight accent, didn't appreciate it but I'm not gonna slander a whole area of people over a few.
