What someone told me made me cry.

I’m not asking for sympathy but I just feel like I need to let it out. They didn’t mean harm but I think they should have not said what they did. Anyway, I’m over it now and yes a good cry is healthy for everyone.
I’m feeling better already 😇✅✅✅✅

Sometimes words and actions could cause harm even if not intended .... very unfortunate.

Get some fresh air, go for a walk.
Clear your head ... have a shower.
Listen to great music (piano)

Recover and get well.

No one likes to be disrespected.
I used to be calm and quiet.

But life , people and life experiences have made me to get frustated easily. There are moments where I cannot be quiet. I burst open when pushed to the limit. After that, I go back to my shell.

I am trying not to think of the things I cannot control but it is a slow, patient journey for me.

So work in progress.
Be the best you can.

One thing is we cannot please all people, that is why I only interact / share much with the ones who dont judge for my bad things or faults but see the positive in me.

Life is too short, I just want to enjoy the company of who really care for us.

@scorpiolovedeep you’re right, we cannot please everyone. I just loathe someone trying to tell me what I should do when it has nothing to do with them. Some people go overboard but it’s best to just ignore what they say

There are a lot of very mean people on this site especially the ones who pretend to be nice until you express a different opinion. Then they insult, ridicule, report, and block.

@AtticEscapee I know that for a fact. I’m referring to people offline. I care less and less about the opinions of people here. I was naive when I did care, big mistake.
