Wind up doing all the work in the relationship and feel like slaves. This was written by divorced women who are enjoying single life. Any thoughts or opinions?

So I digged in and checked the numbers and the articles. It seems that statistically married women who have children actually report being happiest most in the US.


The blogs you're referring to are more of personal experiences of the author.

Like many pointed out, I think people can actually find contentment regardless of their marital status. Contentment is about mastering your own mind and happiness instead of attaching it to what you have or what you don't. I was very content single. And I am very very content now being in a committed relationship.

@Miram i was happiest with my first wife when we had children around. We shared the shifts when they were sick. She took the shift from 10:00 pm to 2:00 am and i took the shift from 2:00 am to 6:00 am. Croup was a killer of sleeping time
